Teletubbies dance video

I have taken two Teletubbies short movies and edited them to make my own dance movie with them I added sound that we recorded in the Mac lab on Garageband, but it didn't work so we had to re-record it on iMovie. I uploaded the sound clip and made it fit where I needed it, then uploaded cha cha slide and made the Teletubbies dance along. :0 I found it really hard to make the clips line up with the song, but with a lot of time spent on copying, pasting and aligning the clips it turned out pretty well in my opinion.
I made this music video trailer because I thought it would be funny for the class, and cute. My first idea was making a horror video into a comedy, and in pondering what horror video to use, I thought of the scariest thing possible; the Teletubbies. I just had to figure out what song to use after that, since the concept in itself had become a comedy, and ended up using the Cha Cha slide, mainly because it was a popular and recognizable dance song that didn't use profanity or talk about strippers. Besides, Teletubbies and strippers? getting them to dance was enough damage :P
The hardest part of this assignment was getting the clips to mesh well together, and still align with the song with the most accuracy. If I could change one thing about this video I would get the feet in the right order :P during one of the parts I messed up the footing and now that I saved it for web the timing is really off and there is longer black transitions between clips in the right spots. My favorite part of this video is the beginning where the song starts, because the stomping that lines up with the singer saying "funky" actually lined up on its own, and quite well, without needing any editing from me. :P

dear ms. johnson

I joined CyberARTS because I wanted to become a video game designer. My favorite medium is painting with Acrylic paints, but I love the effects and versatility of things you can do on Photoshop, so I've been experimenting with my talents on there. I still want to be a video game designer, but I am also interested in making and directing commercials, designing advertisement posters, and creating masterpieces through my painting and photoshop abilities, as well as graphite and colored pencil drawings, to sell in art galleries. I would also love to be featured in a museum for the work I am most proud of.

My favorite artist right now is Mike Lane, who likes photography and photoshop editing, and has also successfully done a few interesting things using both a photoshoot in our school studio, as well as several interesting enhancements and manipulations on Photoshop. I hope to work with him in the future to both help him with his work, as well as get help with my work on my paintings and my commercial advertisements.
